The protective clothing for firefighters to avoid fire is the full body protective clothing worn by firefighters when entering the flame area to extinguish fire or close the valve for a short time. Its protective performance is designed in strict accordance with the requirements of the equipping standards of the Ministry of Public Security, in line with the technical standards of Q/02MKF002-2005 Fire Protection Clothing, and can provide a third-party test report. The garment is mainly composed of 7 layers of materials, including double-layer thermal insulation high silica glass fiber (fire endurance 1700 degrees), fire-resistant fiber cloth, fire-resistant carbon fiber felt, thermal insulation and fireproof layer, thermal insulation layer and comfort layer, with good fire resistance and thermal insulation performance.

The whole set of fire protection clothing includes jacket, trousers, hood (equipped with gold-plated large window), gloves and fire protection boots (including thermal insulation shoes).

Technical characteristics

※ Fire prevention and heat insulation, which can contact the flame instantly through the fire area.

※ It can withstand 1000 ℃ flame temperature and 1700 ℃ fire resistance limit.

※ Flame retardant performance of outer material: damage length 0cm, afterburning time ≤ 0s, smoldering time ≤ 0s, no melting and dripping.

※ Tearing strength of outer material: 68 N in warp direction and 48 N in weft direction.

※ Resistance to radiation heat penetration of composite materials: the temperature rise of its inner surface is 3.1 ℃ under the radiation heat source of 13.6KW/m2 for 2min.

※ Radiation heat penetration resistance of the overall composite layer fabric: the temperature of the inner surface of the mannequin rises 3.1 ℃ after 30s when the temperature of the simulated fire site is 1000 ℃.

※ Flame combustion resistance of the overall composite layer fabric: after burning on a 1000 ℃ flame for 30s, its internal surface temperature rises by 13 ℃.
