I. Structural features

  1. One piece semi enclosed structure, except for the exposed face, other parts are sealed.   2. The gloves are connected by detachable snap ring, which can not only ensure air tightness, but also facilitate replacement.   3. Sewing seams are sealed with internal and external sealing strips to ensure the sealing performance of the clothing.   4. The whole set of chemical protective clothing is composed of a hooded one-piece suit, chemical protective gloves and chemical protective rubber boots.  
II. Technical Characteristics  
1. Main performance: acid and alkali resistance, flame retardancy, etc. It can be used in gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate and other organic media, as well as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide and other corrosive liquids.   2. Main parameters   ※ Acid penetration resistance: the fabric is impermeable in 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3 and 30% HCI acid solution for 1h.   ※ Alkali penetration resistance: the fabric is impermeable under 6.1mol/L NaOH alkali solution for 1h.   ※ Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤ 10cm, continuous burning time ≤ 5s; Smoldering time ≤ 10s and no droplet.   ※ Heat aging resistance: 125 ℃ × No stickiness and brittleness within 24h.   ※ Cold resistance: - 15 ℃ × 5 min, fold 180 degrees without cracks.   ※ Gasoline resistance: soak 120 # gasoline for 30s, without cracks and stickiness.  
III. Specification, size and weight  
1. Specifications (special specifications shall be negotiated by both parties)  Weight: the weight of the whole suit is ≤ 7kg.   IV. Precautions  
1. The wearer shall understand the scope of use of the garment before use.   2. Check the integrity of the clothing before use, and do not enter the operation site if the integrity is not reached. Inspection contents:   ※ Whether gloves and rubber boots are firmly and correctly connected.   ※ Check whether the sealing strip at the seam of the garment is leaky, unsealed or not firmly sealed.   ※ Whether the clothing surface is damaged, separated or disconnected.   ※ Whether buttons and fasteners are intact and reliable.   3. This clothing is generally used together with the air respirator, and the mask of the air respirator should be closely matched with the cap of the chemical protective clothing. Wear fire helmet.   4. During use, the clothing shall not be in direct contact with flame and molten objects. The hook of sharp objects shall be prevented.   5. If the clothes are damaged during use, such as hooking, etc., you should immediately exit the scene of the accident, and according to the chemical conditions at the scene of the accident, you should quickly wash and decontaminate the wearing personnel.  
V. Maintenance  
1. Do not take off the chemical protective clothing before decontamination.   2. After leaving the site and staying away from the dangerous area, if there is any pollution, it should be washed thoroughly with water immediately.   3. Cleaning of chemical protective clothing against pollution: it needs to be washed with warm water. If there is dirt or other stains, it needs to be wiped with alcohol, and then the chemical protective clothing should be dried.   4. Avoid exposure to the sun, and dry it in a ventilated place. After drying, fold it in the original folding way and put it in the bag for standby. Do not collide with sharp substances during storage.   VI. Storage 
1. The package of chemical protective clothing is bag type, with one package for each suit. It is not allowed to open the package and stack it in the open. It can be stored on the shelf 20 cm above the ground in full boxes according to the original state of the factory to prevent dirt.   2. During storage, stacking pressure and exposure to the sun shall be avoided, and regular unpacking inspection shall be carried out to see if the clothes are damaged due to storage.   3. Avoid contact with hard and sharp substances during storage and movement to prevent scratching and damage.   4. Storage life: two years.   ※ Danger ※   1. This chemical protective clothing is not suitable for use in the presence of toxic gas, especially in the presence of military agents and toxic gas!   2. This chemical protective clothing is mainly used in the case of acid and alkali chemicals splashing. It is strictly prohibited to work in chemical liquid pools and tanks.
