 The surface of this garment is made of composite aluminum foil fireproof fabric, which will not fall off after long-term use. Under 800 ℃ - 900 ℃ heat radiation. 70% heat return. Main technical indicators:

  1. Radiation reflectivity: it can reflect more than 90% of the radiant heat.   2. Thermal radiation resistance: 300 ℃ thermal radiation is more than 1 hour, 500 ℃ thermal radiation is more than 30 minutes, and it is close to the maximum thermal radiation of 700 ℃ in a moment. It can also operate in the place where the radiation heat flux is about 900-1000 ℃ and the distance from the flame is not less than 5 meters.   3. Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤ 1cm, afterburning time ≤ 1s, smoldering time ≤ 2s.   4. Tearing strength: ≥ 32N   5. Breaking strength: ≥ 450N   The inner lining is made of acid and alkali resistant, modified PVC double-sided coated fabric, which has the properties of flame retardancy, heat resistance, insulation, waterproof and strong sealing. It can prevent acid, alkali, phosphorus, sulfur and other toxic and harmful gases and liquids. It is equipped with a built-in respirator. The anti chemical clothing ventilation valve (exhaust) is positive pressure type, with firm joints, and double-sided hot melt adhesive connection joints. The face screen is made of hard and transparent materials.   Acid penetration resistance: 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3 and 30% HCl are impermeable under 10mm liquid column for 1h;   Alkali penetration resistance: 6.1mol/L, impermeable under NaOH 10mm liquid column for 1h;   Flame retardancy: damage length ≤ 10cm, afterburning time ≤ 2s, smoldering time ≤ 10s and no droplet;   Aging resistance: no stickiness and brittleness when placed in 125 ℃ environment for 24h;   Cold resistance: place in - 25 ℃ environment for 5min and fold 180 ℃ without cracks;   Gasoline resistance: no cracks and stickiness after immersion in 120 ℃ gasoline for 30s.   A variety of other weak acids and bases are under protection.
