※ The overall airtightness of the fully enclosed fire chemical protective clothing: 800pa/4min air pressure drop ≤ 300p a.

※ Total weight: ≤ 8kg.

※ Performance of overpressure exhaust valve: air tightness ≥ 15s, ventilation resistance 78 ? 118pa.

※ Anti chemical rubber boots shall comply with GA6-2004 standard.

1.2.3 Fabric performance

※ Fabric thickness: 0.45 ㎜± 0.5 ㎜.

※ Breaking strength in warp and weft direction ≥ 400N, tearing strength ≥ 32N.

※ Acid penetration resistance: 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3 and 30% HCL are impermeable under 10 ㎜ liquid column for 1h.

※ Alkali penetration resistance: 6.1mol/LnaOH, which is impermeable after being injected for 1h with 10m solution.

※ Heat aging resistance: 125 ℃ × No stickiness and brittleness within 24h.

※ Cold resistance: - 15 ℃ × 5 min, folded 180 degrees without cracks

※ Gasoline resistance: soak 120 # gasoline for 30s, without cracks and stickiness.

※ Flame retardant performance: continuous burning time ≤ 5s; Smoldering time ≤ 10s; Damage length ≤ 10cm.

Note: Special specifications shall be negotiated by both parties.

Usage:

The fully enclosed chemical protective clothing for fire protection is mainly used for firefighters to wear during rescue at the scene of accidents involving hazardous chemicals and acid-base substances. It is strictly prohibited to use it in toxic and dangerous places.
