I. Structural features

1. The structure is divided into:

※ Split external respirator type and split internal respirator type.

※ Connected external respirator type and connected internal respirator type.

2. The whole set of thermal insulation clothing includes jacket, trousers, head shield, gloves and foot shield.

II. Technical characteristics: fire protection, heat insulation and anti radiant heat

1. Main temperature resistance:

※ It can reflect more than 90% of the radiant heat.

※ Up to 1 hour when the temperature is close to 300 ℃; 30 minutes at 500 ℃; When the temperature is 800 ℃ and 1.75m away from the fire source, the inner surface temperature of the clothing shall not exceed 25 ℃ for 2min; It can approach 1000 ℃ high temperature environment instantaneously.

2 Main parameters

※ Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤ 10cm, afterburning time ≤ 2s, no melting and dripping.

※ Peeling strength: ≥ 9N/30mm.

※ Breaking strength: ≥ 650N.

※ Hydrostatic pressure resistance: hydrostatic pressure resistance ≥ 17Kpa.

※ High temperature resistance of hard accessories: under the temperature of 260 ℃, the original function will be maintained after 5 minutes.

Usage

1 Preparation and inspection before use

The whole set of thermal insulation clothing is composed of upper garment, lower trousers (or upper garment and lower trousers), thermal insulation head shield, thermal insulation gloves and thermal insulation foot shield, which shall be used in a whole set. The integrity of the whole set of clothing shall be checked before use, and it is strictly prohibited to enter the operation site if it fails to meet the integrity performance requirements. Inspection contents include:

※ Whether the clothing surface is damaged, separated, aluminum foil falls off, disconnected, etc;

※ Whether the accessories of each part of the clothing are bound in place, firmly and reliably;

※ Whether the zipper and button are smooth and flexible, whether the suspenders are elastic, and whether the fastener is intact and reliable;

※ Whether the thermal insulation hood is clear.

2 Precautions

※ When entering the operation site, you must be fully equipped and dressed, and fasten the parts at the sealing part to ensure that the clothes are well sealed.

※ Firefighters should operate the supporting equipment skillfully and correctly. For example, the wearing and use of air respirators.

※ The thermal insulation hood shall be worn outside the fire rescue helmet. After wearing the hood, put the hood strap under the armpit, and adjust the tightness of the button, so that the thermal insulation hood will not fall off due to wearing activities.

※ The fire foot shield shall be sleeved outside the fire boots and thermal insulation pants, covering the entire boot surface of the fire boots, and forming a partial overlap with the thermal insulation pants.

V. Maintenance

If the heat insulation clothing is dirty after use, it should be scrubbed. When scrubbing, a soft brush should be dipped in neutral detergent solution to brush the residual dirt on the surface, and then it should be washed with clean water, and hung in a ventilated place for natural drying. It is strictly prohibited to soak and hammer with water, and baking is strictly prohibited when it is dry.

VII Storage

1 The package of thermal insulation clothing is bag type, with one package for each suit. It is not allowed to open the package and stack it in the open. It can be stored on the shelf 20 cm above the ground in full boxes according to the original state of the factory to prevent moisture and dirt.

2 The thermal insulation clothing should be stored in the warehouse. According to the warehouse conditions, ventilation and stack inversion should be carried out regularly. If necessary, it should be dried in the air to prevent the aluminum foil from falling off, delaminating, mildewing and moth eating due to moisture.

3 Unpacking inspection shall be carried out every three months to check whether the clothes are damaged due to storage.

4 Avoid contact with hard and sharp substances during storage and movement to prevent scratching and damage.

5 Storage life: two years.
